When I was on vacation in Florida, I took a night picture that had little orbs all over it. This happens sometimes, and IÂ’ve read that itÂ’s caused by particles in the air. This was by the ocean and I think the orbs might be moisture. Whatever the cause, I was disappointed in the way the picture turned out, so I decided to try a little digital *magic* by stylizing the photo with a PSE7 filter. After trying several, I decided to go with the look of the Fresco filter.
For the backgrounds of orange and rust, I used a free photo mask that I obtained here: http://creabouille.blogspot.com/2008/12 ... pack2.html (Thanks, Erika (slprunning) at www.bouquetofpixels.com for directing me to this site.) I also used a couple of PSE7 edge effects on the masks.
Background paper and all elements except the swirls were from Akwarius Sea Tales by Meetje Designs at www.bouquetofpixels.com.
Swirls: unidentified.
